Cooperation in criminal matters after Brexit
The Trade and Cooperation Agreement signed on 30th December 2020 between the UK and the EU includes provisions regarding cooperation in criminal matters. On 23rd April 2021, Constance ASCIONE LE DRÉAU will analyze, alongside European experts, provisions regarding extradition, judicial cooperation, freezing and confiscations, police cooperation and information sharing, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, data protection, Human Rights and the rule of Law.

Post-Brexit cooperation in relation to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing
Constance ASCIONE LE DRÉAU contributed, along with Aurélia GRIGNON (SOULEZ LARIVIÈRE AVOCATS) to a special issue of the New Journal of European Criminal Law dated March 2021 on the consequences of Brexit with regard criminal cooperation, in particular in relation to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.
