Faithful to our oath to « practice with humanity”, the firm takes a number of cases on a pro bono basis, and commit alongside NGOs to serve and promote the ideal of justice, such as FAIR TRIALS or Avocats Sans Frontières (ASF).
ABOUT US
Constance Ascione Le Dréau
Constance holds an international Baccalaureate and graduated from SciencesPo Paris Law School. She was admitted to the Bar in 2013.
Constance trained with Cédric LABROUSSE and Bar Council President Maryvonne LOZACHMEUR, and started her career at CANU BERNARD & ASSOCIÉ, before joining Aurélien HAMELLE’s business crime team at ALLEN & OVERY. She was seconded to the London office of the firm and strengthened her expertise in transnational criminal litigation. She then moved on to VISCONTI & GRUNDLER, a white-collar and financial crime boutique, before creating ASCIONE LE DRÉAU.
Constance teaches at SciencesPo Paris, and she is an expert for the European NGO FAIR TRIALS. She sits on the Advisory Board of the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA) and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Married and mother of two daughters, Constance is passionate about classical music, particularly Opera, and she practises opera singing.
Ariane Dulcire
After two years of preparatory classes, Ariane joined the EM Lyon business school from which she graduated in 2017. In parallel, she studied law until she obtained an LLM in International Business Law at the London School of Economics and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.
During her studies, she completed internships with major companies in the financial sector, the financial section of the Paris Public Prosecutor's Office and the law firm VISCONTI & GRUNDLER, where she trained with Benjamin GRUNDLER, specialized in criminal business law.
As of November 2019, Ariane joined criminal lawyer David PERE's team at the Anglo-Saxon law firms BRYAN CAVE LEIGHTON PAISNER and then ADDLESHAW GODDARD, before joining ASCIONE LE DRÉAU in August 2022.
Ariane is married and has a young son to whom she hopes to pass on a love of literature. Her favorite authors include John Irving, Romain Gary and Albert Camus.

Based on hourly fees, we offer fixed or capped fees, which provide you with a controlled and reassuring framework for intervention.
According to your specific needs, expectations and situations, we establish together, in a transparent way, the fees amount and terms of payment.
We do not invoice services with limited added value, which we externalize.
